3.0 out of 5 stars Good as secondary stroller., May 10, 2012

This review is from: Dream On Me Freedom Tandem stroller, Navy (Baby Product)
I thought I'd submit a review since I was deciding between this and the Kinderwagon Hop and couldn't find any information on this one. Since I plan on using this only as a secondary stroller/traveling (I already have the Baby Jogger City Select), I went for the cheaper one.

I like that it is a relatively compact and light stroller (for a double stroller). Easier to manuever around places and folds into one piece. Perfect for travel.

I wouldn't recommend buying this to use as a primary stroller as it does feel a bit flimsy for everyday use. Folding is a little stiff (maybe because its new). Space does look like it will be a little tight for older children but my twins are only 10 months. The basket holds 11lbs but I wouldn't count on it being too useful as it is hard to get to from the side. Easier to access in between seats (when kids not in it). Also I am only 5' 2" and I was kicking the wheels when I was walking so maybe problematic for tall people... Read more

1.0 out of 5 stars updated review..., April 18, 2012

this is the original review: i called to get specs as i'm still comparing this one versus the Kinderwagon Hop. (haven't decided yet but if i get this one i will be sure to update my review then...) okay, so it has a bigger canopy that the Hop, judging by pics on here. this one weighs 24 lbs, versus 21.5 on the Hop. Open dimensions on this one are 43"H X 21"W X 32"L. the lady i spoke with did not have the closed dimensions. weight limits are 35 lbs per child, versus 40 lbs each on the Hop. also, this one only has one viewing window versus 2 on the Hop. that's all i know so far, other than the fact that this one is half the price for basically the same stroller.... hope this helps the rest of you who were wanting more details... =)

UPDATE: and now that i have it, i have to say that it isn't worth the money they're charging. even if it is half the price of the Kinderwagon. first off, the weight limit that the lady told me is wrong, it states in the manual and on the box that... Read more

4.0 out of 5 stars Perfect for what is designed for, January 15, 2013
Amazon Verified Purchase( What's this?)
When I first got this stroller, taking it out of the box, I found that it was a lot more sturdy feeling than I was expecting from the reviews. I understood from the reviews that this stroller was essentially a tandem umbrella stroller and essentially that is what it is, but with more features and built a lot better. Double strollers are ridiculously expensive and at the $100 price point, my options were limited. I could go with the side by side umbrella which seemed silly or this, which, despite the reviews, seemed to fit the bill. Getting the shade on was a bit tricky and the instructions are quite vague, but once you figure it out, it seems to work well.

Now I bought this stroller as an alternative to a large side by side jogging stroller which is my primary stroller. My large side by side just can't fit into places and I needed something for things like Dr appointments or just going anywhere where space is an issue. I needed something compact enough to fit...
